For Food Product
We provide food-grade dry bulk liners for transporting food products such as flour, starch, coarse salt, granulated sugar, and similar dry commodities. These liners ensure that the goods remain in a clean and dry environment throughout the transport process.
For materials with poor flow characteristics—such as flour, which can be difficult to discharge—a fluidising system is integrated into the container floor along with the dry bulk liner. This system enhances discharge efficiency and minimizes product residue.
For Other Items
Some commodities, such as animal hides, release liquids during transport and risk contaminating the container. Others—like electronics or milk powder packed in kraft paper bags—are highly sensitive to humidity. To address these challenges, we offer tailor-made dry bulk liners specifically designed to fit the dimensions of containers or rail cars. These liners help keep the container clean and safeguard cargo from moisture-related damage.
For Non-Hazadous Chemicals
We offer dry bulk liners made from a range of materials including PE, PP, HDPE, and aluminium. Each liner is custom-designed based on the container type, the physical and chemical properties of the cargo, and the specific loading and unloading equipment used. This ensures optimal protection, compatibility, and efficiency throughout the transport process.
For Agricultural
Our dry bulk liners are designed for single use and can be easily installed in standard 20' or 40' containers. They offer a maximum loading capacity of up to 33 cubic meters and 20 metric tons of dry bulk cargo.
We provide a wide range of customization options, including Velcro flaps or zippers, hermetic or ventilated designs, multiple layer configurations, and various loading and discharge methods. Technical solutions are available to support efficient and safe loading/unloading processes.
